Assistant Manager/Manager
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Perform/Supervise bookkeeping and tax services, as well as special projects, to our clients and provide internal accounting solutions as needed
- Work with stakeholders and technology to define and implement controls across front to back of the transaction reporting cycle
- Experience in controls and reconciliations
- Own the end-to-end client experience for a diverse portfolio of clients
- Drive key financial reporting, analysis and timely reporting
- Support the enhancement and compliance of finance processes
- Collaborate with Management to ensure common standards and best practices are implemented within the US client’s standards and systems
Preferred Skills:
- Expert knowledge in accounting packages like Quick books, Zoho and Netsuite Ability to manage Bill.com and perform AP/AR reconciliations
- Become familiar with US business and financial processes
- International experience working with multiple time zones and cultures preferred
- Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, under tight deadlines
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Qualifications:
- Semi Qualified, Master of Commerce or MBA Finance
- Minimum of 5 years of accounting and/or bookkeeping experience
- Minimum of 2 year of client-facing experience
