FinAdvantage was founded in 2013 by four chartered accountants who had spent decades inside the world's largest accounting firms. They had seen, up close, where traditional service models fell short — and they shared a single conviction: clients deserved more than reports and reconciliations. They deserved a partner that understood their business, brought technology to bear, and was accountable for outcomes.
That belief was validated early. A small group of private equity investors saw the same gap in the market and backed the founders to build for their portfolio companies. Trust from those first investors gave us the runway to do things differently — to merge technology with finance, to build process discipline into every engagement, and to measure ourselves on the value we created, not just the hours we billed.
